A did a quick, before work, run this morning, and the first run of my training plan! It was actually a rough run, several minutes slower then the 3 mile runs from last week and my HR was higher. Partly I think this is because it was my first morning run in awhile and I was also trying to go slower. Plus I had the bright idea of just doing loops around the local park. About halfway through I felt like a gerbil.
Because I am going to do more mileage I want my regular runs around 10:38 pace, and my long runs should be above this as well.
