Another thursday and another 3 mile easy run. I am glad tomorrow is a rest day and this week is almost over, I am just generally tired and it is definitely oozing into my workouts.
Though, I got out there and did my easy run, I am really not looking forward to lifting later. Bahhh. It must be done though. It prevents injury, and makes me like my arms…. I so need my trainer to kick my butt goddammit.
My pace was bang on, but if we look at my laps.. it really isn’t ( 11:33, 10:08, 9:46). At least it shows that my legs are willing to wake up. I am really looking forward to a quiet weekend. I am planning to go to a new park and do my long run there, yeay!

good progression run. most of my runs are like that, the legs just need some time to wake the heck up, esp if you’re running early (which you didn’t say but i think you mentioned that sometimes you do?)
Yup it was first thing, 6:15am, and when I am tired it is even harder to wake up. Plus the first mile, is the uphill mile.
