My body seems confused. Yesterday it was getting better and today I feel more congested and sleepy. I have also had 3 colleagues tell me I sound congested today. Which nobody noticed until now? Sigh.
Despite all that, I feel way better after doing intervals at lunch. This is why I love exercise people. They weren’t quite as much fun as last week but definitely still tolerable and I worked up a massive sweat which all my co-workers got to stare at. (Gotta love working somwhere where you are the only girl, which means the gym is full of people pumping iron and not actually sweating.) Teach me to wear mascara to work indeed.
I did 6×400s at speed 7.0 and 1.0 incline. They took about 2:07 each to complete and I stopped paying attention after the first 2. I also warmed up a bit with walking and jogging and cooldown as well. I tried to jog ~5.5 for 400 between each one, but occasionally got impatient and only did 200m between sets.

heh. i get impatient too when i’m doing intervals on the tm! and haha to your “only girl in the gym” comment, whenever i actually get my butt to the gym, it’s at 6am and the only other ppl there are my school’s baseball team. i mean, great eye candy but aaaaaaaaawkward
